Refunds

Any refunds due to you where payment has been made to a credit/debit card can only be refunded to the card you used to make your payment. If you believe you are due a refund you must email info@afathersfriend.co.uk within 14 days of making your payment. Any refunds are at our discretion but subject to your statutory rights.

When you make a credit card payment to our client account for any suggested third party services - then you agree that the transaction is complete as soon as the amount you transfer has been credited to our client account and recorded as available to you. You, therefore, agree to waive any right to refund, revoke or charge back your payment. You shall not be able to challenge any subsequent transaction undertaken using such funds.
