Refund and Cancellation Policy

At A Father’s Friend, we are committed to providing exceptional services and maintaining transparent policies. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making any payments.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Any refunds for payments made via credit or debit card will only be processed back to the original card used for the payment.

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to info@afathersfriend.co.uk before at least 7 working days of a scheduled meeting date. Any refund requests thereafter will be subject to our cancellation fee.

  • Refunds are provided at our sole discretion but are subject to statutory rights and the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellation Fee

  • For cancellations made after a service has been booked, a cancellation fee equal to one-thirds (1/3) of the service price paid to date will be applied.

  • The cancellation fee reflects time allocated, administrative costs, and preparation undertaken for your booking.

3. Cancellation Notice

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 working days before the scheduled service or meeting. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the cancellation fee being applied.

  • Exceptions may apply in extraordinary circumstances, at our sole discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

  • Payments made for suggested third-party services facilitated through our client account are final and non-refundable once the amount has been credited to our client account and recorded as available to you. By proceeding with such payments, you agree:

    • The transaction is complete upon crediting to our account.

    • You waive any rights to refunds, revocation, or chargebacks for these payments.

    • You may not challenge any subsequent transactions undertaken using these funds.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

  • Refund requests must include proof of payment and details of the service in question.

6. Force Majeure

  • Refunds or cancellations may be subject to alternative terms if services are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as government restrictions or natural disasters.

7. Client Responsibility

  • By making a payment to A Father’s Friend Limited, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. You also confirm that you understand and accept that no refund or chargeback may be initiated contrary to these terms.
